Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Any Goods you purchase can only be returned in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and Our Returns Policy.
We want to be sure that you like your order and we are committed to making things right in case of any defects. We will provide you a solution in case of any issues if you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
We will need clear and well-lit photos indicating any issues so that we can provide you with a solution.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at popuppopoff@proton.me. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address your package was shipped from. We are happy to help and make the process as smooth as possible.
Items returned without request or approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once the manufacturer has received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
